Together, the team collaborates on editing and writing projects for clients, bringing diverse skills to each job. With Roxana and Michela as assistant copywriters and Inonge, the editing expert, clients’ requirements are met.
Meet Roxana
Roxana Bouwer thinks words are delicious. She’s fascinated by how the correct combination of words can be both powerful and profound. This delicate process of making words meaningful takes up the majority of her time. When’s she not writing words she’s reading or hearing them. Whichever way, they surround her.
Roxana has an Honours degree in Communications and Linguistics from Unisa. Among the clients she’s written or copy edited for while working with Tiffany Markman are World Leisure Holidays, HRG Rennies Travel, eTravel, TIC, the University of the Witwatersrand, LiquidChefs and Growthpoint Properties.
Meet Michela
Michela Ziady’s writing strives for purity – of concept, of vision, of purpose. Language, for her, is fascinating because of its potential to reach beyond itself. In creating a corporate image, rejuvenating a brand, designing a business language.
Michela began working for Tiffany in 2010 after completing her Media & Writing degree at UCT (cum laude). She has since completed her Masters of Creative Writing at The University of Sydney, Australia, graduating with merit (cum laude). While working with Tiffany, Michela’s clients have included Sgenqebuza Trading, Meals on Wheels, World Leisure Holidays, Body Divine and Standard Bank.
Meet Inonge
Inongé Malumo has for a number of editorially-fulfilling years carried out ad hoc freelance work for Tiffany Markman. Her background in news journalism and her obsession with grammar have helped her to appreciate both fact and the correct expression of it. After working for a number of broadcasters, she branched into corporate communications and now works as a language editor in the professional services industry.
In both her full-time and freelance lines of work she edits, proofreads and sculpts client copy to produce a finished product that is clean, crisp and clear. Her motto is “If there’s a mistake, that’s a mistake.”
